We use defender via AMSI for on premises solution

Is there an equivalent in Azure, which would help us scan documents in real time. Not after a two step process, would really like a solution that scans similar to what AMSI does in memory.

Most of the cloud solutions work on an asynchronous pattern, we are after a synchronous process hopefully available as a SaaS without the need for a VM
