We would like to allow customers to provide additional data for their exisiting Woocommerce orders as the service expiry date approaches (preferred collection time etc.).
I’m thinking to have a couple of extra fields in My Account > Orders, then be able to save that data to the specific order and ideally notify admins that that info has been provided. Not exactly sure how to approach this and if it’s even possible to have existing order info modified from front end (my account page)
Been considering ACF fields and custom mailing triggered or Elementor form data saved to orders + emailed to admin (perhaps a separate page with the form and order ID somehow included for identification)
