A great number of aliases appear in answers to searches under OSX BigSur that cannot be deleted.

None of the standard actions worked: Dragging the alias to the Trash. Double-clicking on the name of the alias in the list opens a window but the command “delete alias” just hignlights the name of the alias in the list.
