ADF throughput drops abyssmally low only when reading a (large or small) table with BLOB column(s).

ADF uses MS OLEDB internally (version 7 probably). Documentation is poor, however.

Connection string params tried (to no effect):

• Row Cache Size = 100
• Use Early Metadata = True
• Process Binary As Character = True
• Binary Code Page = 1
