So the project I am currently working on deals with documents that are organized into a Parent and Child structure. Basically what that means is the Parent document controls the Child document. The Parent Document is considered high level while the Child Document is more detailed. To keep the documents organized, I have provided an example layout of the table I am working with. Without going into unnecessary details, the image also shows what I am ultimately trying to do.

Is this something that is even possible? I am familiar with how to insert a new row but I am having trouble with this because of the added dependencies.

I am unsure on where I should start.
