as you see the issue is any period sign (.) will be split and we don’t want this.

the desired result would be:

Pathology report on 01.09.1402 (22.11.2023): bcc in right thigh skin.
Surgical pathology report on 30.03.1403 (19.06.2024): Multiple lymphoid tissue involved by metastatic epithelial, tumor of right  inguinal mass.

How would you do this?
