I have 3 circles on my site on the home page. They are centered and extend beyond the edges of the screen so should be by design. If on the pc version everything is fine, then when you reduce the size it clings to the circle and makes scrolling. The circle is in position absolute.

I tried using Position fixed this gave results but not quite. Now the circles were in place but moved behind the scroll.
