Good afternoon,
I have tried to reset my Google password about two times now and it keeps sending me in a loop of asking to verify my phone number. I was stationed overseas when I first made this account so I no longer have access to the number used to create this account. It is very important to me that I gain access back to this account because I use it often for my college. Anyways, I no longer have access to this number so I cant get the code that it is asking for. I then click “Try another way” and it just tells me that I haven’t given enough proof that I own the account. Is there another way I can access this account? I really need to get in. Thank you.
I tried the “rest you password” option twice and it kept asking me for a code that was being sent to a number I no longer have access to. Then I tried clicking the “Try another way” but it wont give me another way to access this account. Im just in a constant loop of those two options. I am expecting to be given an alternative solution to be able to successfully recover this account.
