I executed a sample app in Android Studio and it ran correctly using ‘npm start,’ but when I run my React Native app in VS Code, I encounter an error (attached file). I have downloaded the SDK for Android versions 12, 13, and 14, but it still shows this error.

What should I do? Or how can I manually use the downloaded file to resolve this error?
