We have a custom policy that provides new users with a QR code to scan in their authenticator app to create TOTP codes for authentications. I am having an issue where the QR code does not load for some users. I have been trying to recreate this myself but am unable to, the QR code always loads for myself, but we have a couple users a week complaining about this.

I also noticed that the users that aren’t able to load the QR code also aren’t able to load the “Google Play” and “App Store” images on the page, but our logo and the page background load fine.

I am really scratching my head on this one as I cant recreate the issue. Are there any browser security settings that might be causing this issue that anyone is aware of?

I thought maybe this was the browser blocking some JavaScript however when I disable JavaScript I just get a full white page error about javascript being disabled which is significantly different from what these users are seeing.
