I have weird problem (or maybe not).

My company website uses Cookiebot and somone noticed that when user declines all unnecessary cookies, a product list in e-commerce shop stops loading.

I found in CookieBot that the cookie responsible for that behavior is __utm.gif from google analytics tagged as marketing. Once I set is as necessary cookie, website starts working as intended again but noone wants marketing cookie tagged as necessary.
Any idea what might be happening ?
