Steps to reproduce:

• create a new note
• add a few bullet lines of text
• add an empty bullet line (just the bullet, no text)
• go to beginning of previous bullet line with text, or the previous previous line
• hold cmd and press down a few times, to select text.

Expected: Selection selects the empty bullet line and moves down uninterrupted.

Observed: Selection get stuck on the previous to the empty bullet line.
