I am a beginner to Unity and this is the first time I face this issue. All reddit and Unity discussions say that you could do nothing in this case. my backup was 2 days ago and on weekend we did a lot of stuff in game so losing all that progress will be end of our team assignment(my partner will be pissed off and dissappointed)

I tried to find any backup scene files but there is nothing. also I didn’t even saved project when all work was replaced by scene from assets but again I couldn’t go back right at the moment. github and saving progress to another place was 2 days ago so this can’t help either. After discussion there maybe I will try third-party programs to recover previous files but who knows if that will work.
