I am trying to add my hotmail address on Outlook 2016 , in Windows 11 environment. I am using the normal wizard without using the manual configuration option. After email email and password, then when reach next screen, a windows security window pop up asking for logging. I logged in with email , with the local windows user ( admin ) .. but every time the pop up keeps coming back , and the outlook wizard is stopped.
