I am looking at some jit compiler which could convert markdown which contains a lot of mathematical equations directly to word. Ideally I would like some word extension which gives me text box and once I paste it there it compiles and appends the same to my doc. But if not that, I would highly appreciate a free open source tool which I can use to put and dump my entire markdown which could be upto 60 MBs and expels out word doc without tampering the equations.

Any good suggestions for the same? I am on mac os ventura.
