I m going to Write a Chatbot with chatterbot library but I always see the Error report that “No Moudule named spacy” . Then I try to install it as usual .

pip install -U spacy

Plus I m using Python 3.8 64 bit

Who can give me some advice to solve them ?

I tried to restart , and try to add it in a virtual Environment but it dosen’t help
