I can’t seem to obtain administrator-level access in GA4. Every time I request access, I keep getting this error: “Error: Access request failed due to an unknown error.” From the side of the person granting the access, everything seems fine, and it looks as though the access has been granted. However, in reality, I only have a view-only mode. We’ve tried removing and re-adding the user, and even tried giving access to different email accounts, but the issue persists – only view-only mode. How can I fix this error and where should I address this?
The person granting the access removed and back me, even the Org Admin, Administrator haven’t access, just a person who create data stream have access. she gone from our company and left, but when we get access one more time, she just can edit.
