VSCode is showing red squiggly lines for simply a const keyword I have every extensions which should stop this installed and enabled. What is going on? How can I stop that?

.run (for many lang) installed and enabled

HTML CSS Support don’t think this can be a blocker!?

I have all those extensions installed why is there a linter error on const? I am baffled! I do need help I have tried everything.

And I finally if I look carefully the extension although they are installed and enabled they appear to be greyed out somehow is that the problem I do think so how can I make them appear like the rest of them look at the image below:

When I hover over the exclamation mark, I get this, but that is not helpful. And that whole list are greyed-out for some weird reasons. After the WSL extension..

Therefore how can I fix this problem has someone had something similar?
