I’m trying to download XAMPP from the official website, but every time the download is nearly complete, it suddenly restarts from the beginning. I’ve tried multiple times, but the same issue keeps occurring. Here are some details:

Browser: Chrome (also tried Firefox)
Internet Connection: Stable, with no interruptions during other downloads
Antivirus/Firewall: Disabled temporarily, but the issue persists
Disk Space: Plenty of free space available on my hard drive
Download Link: I’m using the default link provided on the official XAMPP website
Things I’ve tried so far:

Switching browsers
Clearing cache and cookies
Using a download manager (e.g., IDM)
Restarting my router and checking my internet connection
