Not sure if this is a new feature which came with an update or I just did not notice before, but VSCode started showing me random code suggestion in the editor, it looks like this, with grey color:

If I hover over it, it displays this UI:

Based on this, can someone identify what feature is doing this, and how it can be disabled?
