I cannot open any app on my PC.
“This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your administrator” is the response I get when I try opening any app. gpedit.msc, regedit doesn’t work either.

I was trying to restrict access to an app on my PC via gpedit.msc. I mistakenly restricted all the apps from running except the one I initially wanted to restrict. Now I can’t open any on my PC except one. Control Panel and Settings are the only ones that work. “This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your administrator” is the response I get whenever I try to open any app and this includes gpedit, regedit and services.msc
