As expected from me, I only get one detection before the entire thing just does not want to print anymore, could this be a hardware issue?

I’ve declared color_detected to equal False, which I put through a if then statement that checks like so: if not color_detected:, though that hasn’t worked and instead of getting continuous checking even after I hover over the target color, I instead only get one input and nothing else prints out.
