There was a commit to the default branch about 6 months ago which resolved issues with passive mouse events failing to prevent default behavior.

The last release of svg-pan-zoom was ~5 years ago. Are there plans to release a new version which contains these fixes?
Currently I’m referencing the GitHub repository commit directly in my node project package.json to receive the fix.
