I get this error when i try to delete some files

I think i installed python files multiple times and there multiple files related to python here and there i want to get rid of all the unnecessary files and reinstall a fresh one. And also these files were stored in hidden folder I made them visible and when i try to delete certain extra python application files i face with the error saying cannot access the file some one please help me
