Is there any services better than Azure document intelligence, azure for extracting meta data from the image?

I tried using document intelligence for extracting key value pairs, some of the values were not extracted properly! Because of the line existing below the values, so it is not able to extract the values properly. So , is there any better services than this! Do suggest.
