We currently have a WordPress website that utilizes WooCommerce Subscriptions for members to pay their dues online. We are running into an issue where some members pay their dues quarterly and if they don’t pay one of the renewal orders, the next one won’t generate automatically. For example, if a member doesn’t pay April renewal order, then their July renewal order doesn’t get created, so this creates an issue where invoices are behind, etc. We would like to keep the option to have members log in and pay manually if they wish.
I did try this solution but it’s kind of misleading for bookkeeping since it says the order/payment is processing when it is not. I need something that will still say that the payment is pending, but will create a new renewal order without the need for us to do it manually.
