Why serilog modifies the date even after creating a new one? first example is the

Hi guys,

I have changed our logger from Log4net to Serilog and everything works fine until the modified date. As you see in the picture it doesnt match the logical date when it was created. Why does it change/edit the file even days/weeks after the last log?

Im using a json configile.

I cant find anything on google that helps me. configfile
