I am making e-commerce customer support using vapi.ai calling

For Example: If the customer have the problem of that his order is not yet delivered the my assistant will ask for the order number then the customer tell the number and the the assistant will check that number in the database and tells the problem what’s the status of the order

i am trying using react and node my backend will connecting to the database but my assistant will not connecting
