I set up a Google Sheet with posts that my group can use to post in our Zoom chats when we are training our users. It works fine when I copy the cell and paste it into a Zoom chat. But when anyone else does the same, 2 things happen:
- The whole post loses all the bolding (having them bold makes them stand out from other chat posts).
- A double quote is included at the beginning and end of the post.
I had these posts in a Google Doc, in a table in the doc, but a Google Sheet would be so much easier to maintain. Wondering if anyone can figure out why I can copy these cells from the Google Sheet into Zoom chat with no issue, but no one else gets the same result.
I made a sample Google Sheet if someone wants to test this out (open a free Zoom meeting and paste cells B2, B3, or B4 to the chat and hit enter).

Can anyone help me figure this out? I’m so close to making this a better solution than the Google Doc with tables that span multiple pages.
