I have a Cisco 7821 IP Phone connected to an Arista switch, but it does not have network connectivity.
There’s a strong possibility that the phone is malfunctioning, and we may need to replace it.
We tried moving it to a different port, swapping out patch cables, and using a similar phone but I got the same issue. We have similar phones connected to the network with no issues.
