We’re trying to deploy SSIS package containing MicrosoftSSISOracleConnector-SQL22-x64 to SQL Server 2022 Enterprise edition. The error message is

Failed to deploy project. For more information, query the operation_messages view for the operation identifier ’56’

Querying the

SELECT *
FROM SSISDB.catalog.operation_messages
WHERE operation_id = 56

returns the following:

Failed to deploy the project. Fix the problems and try again later.:Unable to create the type with the name ‘DTS.ConnectionManagerOracle.1’.

What could be the cause for this error?
