When creating a load balancer in AWS i am unable to select and of my instances when tryng to register a target

I checked my vpc, subnets connected, route table connected as well as subnets to route table, security groups to allow all traffic, ssh, http, https

I cannot figure out for the life of me why my instances are not showing up when connected

any help would be great
