I was wondering if there is a solution that i can look into
I currently have a google form that requires users to input some information and upload an attachment
The submission are being reflected to google sheet where it will be pulled to an excel file via power query.
This excel file will then be filled by a department on additional information (i.e receiptent)
Is there a way for me to mass send email based on the receiptent indicated and to attach the upload pdf (which comes in a form of google drive link) as attachment
Simple example of the Excel file

I am stuck at the attachment portion as i can’t think of any way of make the google drive link into its original upload pdf to be attached
