I wanna make a project, It needs to fulfill the following recording requirements:

After the program starts, it will keep detecting the sound through the microphone in the background, turn on the recording stream when the sound decibel is greater than a certain level, turn off the recording stream when the decibel is less than a certain level and save it as a wav file.

I know the principle, but i can’t use these library to implementing.

I want to achieve the above result
