Opencv is used to detect the objects that are in motion. But, can we detect the objects which are not moving instead of the moving objects with the time stamp that how much time the object is idle?
I tried it but I’m getting the objects that are moving only and not detecting the idle objects. Like i has a video recording of hens in a farm and i was asked to find out the hens which are idle instead of which are moving here and there. Can anyone help to solve this?
