Ex5 to mql convert how can we convert it like with py or c++

We try a code but we cant run it we need to convert Ex5 to mql file

Can someone explaine how to run the script or have some one done this beFORE ? And we need a script in py what we can run . We need a script that we can run and can convert it to the mql file
