as the title suggests, I need your help because I haven’t been able to resolve this problem.
It all started when I tried to update the bios via the official “app center” application which offers the option to update the bios directly from windows and not by flashing from the bios.
(I updated from version f10 to version f13 with my motherboard B560MH) Basically my computer started crashing continuously every time I tried to play different titles such as: (fortnite, league of legend, zzz, etc).
What I did was go back via a restore point that I had created before updating the bios that way and so I did and went back. The PC continued to crash even after that so I thought the problem was that the f13 version of the bios wasn’t working properly and I went back to f10.
The PC continued to give me the same crash problems, so I formatted Windows and SSD and re-downloaded everything from scratch…
The problem is occurring here too. With the PC clean and all the drivers scrupulously checked I continue to have these crashes.
I tried to benchmark the GPU and after 15 seconds the PC crashed with blue screen.
I doubt that my hardware components are ruined given that all the components are just over a year old and have never given rise to any problems…
Do you know how I could solve this problem? Thanks in advance.
I tried using prompt to restore the image but it didn’t work
