Question relating to code comment styling, but this should be comment agnostic.

If I have a comment beginning on a deep indentation, do I still wrap it at column 80, or extend it to account for the indentation?

class MyClass:
    def message():
        var1 = "Hello"
        var2 = "World"
        def concat(a, b):
            # TODO: Refactor this with a better method, this is not ideal...
            return f"{a} {b}"
        return concat(var1, var2)

This is a coding style question, don’t think this section applies.
