I belong to a particular Asian community. And our community people are settled in various countries. I am building an online central community website in wordpress so that all our people from all over the world are connected online on this website and they can connect with each other. We have 6 main regions, USA, Africa, UK, Australia, India and Pakistan. And there will be admin users for each regions.

So here is what I want and i need your technical advice on how to go about.

So whenever a new user registers on my website, he is asked basic lnfo like His name, family surname and his Region. So lets say if he is from USA, and he fills up the form and submits his registration, this info should go to USA admin only. His approval must only be sent to USA admin so that he can verify all the details and then approve the new member’s profile. The approval request/email must not go to any other region’s admin.

How do I do that. Please help me. I need a detailed answer as I am newbie.
