I am trying to login to SQL server from a separate workstation via SSMS v20. I keep getting error message 18456.
I also use these credentials to log users on to our accounting package. All other computers are connected with the same credentials no problem.
Is there a security setting or something else that I can check?
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software, removed logins from credential manager, and even created a new login on the server which also fails to login.
