I have a problem
I am using mycred woocommerce gateway by which customer can pay using mycred points but everytime they place an order they get the error:

There has been an error processing your order please check your charges in your payment method and review your order history before placing the order again “

Can someone resolve thi? Thanks

I’ve tried plugins deactivation and theme changing but the problem not solved
