I imported a site from one wordpress website to another and I can’t upload elementor pro and my images just appear as a blank thumbnail on the site. How do I update file permissions What’s the problem?
I increased the server size but I’m not sure what else to do. I need elementor pro and I have to have images

1. Elementor Pro Upload Issue:
- Check PHP Version: Ensure your server meets Elementor Pro’s PHP
version requirement (usually PHP 7.0 or higher). - File Permissions: Set directory permissions to 755 and file
permissions to 644 using FTP or your hosting file manager. - Manual Upload: If upload via WordPress fails, manually upload
Elementor Pro to wp-content/plugins/ directory via FTP. - Activate: Go to WordPress admin > Plugins > Installed Plugins to
activate Elementor Pro.
2. Images Displaying as Blank Thumbnails:
- Check Uploads Directory: Verify images are in wp-content/uploads/ with correct permissions (755 for directories, 644 for files).
- Elementor Pro Tools:
1 Regenerate Data: Use Elementor Pro’s “Regenerate Data” tool to refresh Elementor data structures.
2 Replace URLs: Utilize Elementor Pro’s “Replace URLs” feature to update old URLs to the new domain.
