I’ve been on Fiverr since 2011, with over 13,000 sales. I was once a top-rated seller with 50 daily orders, but now I have 5 orders a month or less. All my gigs are hidden, and my success score is just 4 ????. Fiverr was my only source of income, and I’m feeling really down about it.

How are we supposed to improve our scores if people can’t find our gigs with a low score?

Fiverr focuses on buyer satisfaction, but some buyers can be mean, rude, cancel orders without reason, demand free stuff, and get upset if they don’t get what they want. Fiverr needs to address these issues too. I’m really disappointed.
