In getting-start step, I can not choose test number to send message:

I had contact to the WhatApp support then they answer to me: After careful review, we must inform you that your account is not eligible for a manual increase in this limit. You may gradually increase your phone number limit through continued use of the platform. Thank you.

But I still dont know what to do, can someone help? Thanks so much
