I’m developing a website that intents to show the hot spots and the patterns of how the speed traps appear/disappear.

Google map seems to have a feature that allows the navigating user report a speed trap.

May I ask how can I access such historical data that in the city I’m living in? Probably using some SDK or paid APIs.
