I want to map a Chinese public company or any public company to a NAICS code. I have a description of the business scope and main business of these companies (in Chinese,yearly) and NAICS MANUAL (in English，change in 2012 2017 2022). What would be a better technique to use for categorisation?

I want to know what kind of software I should use, what kind of methods, what are the techniques that I need to master and does this require any equipment. I would like to get the final results as soon as possible.Many thanks!
