Can so explain to me why my events count in last 30minutes ~250 events, but my metrics in chart not change at all.

I have checked my GTM tags, there no problem with setting, event syncing from my website that’s shown by event in last 30 minutes.
Idk why this happen and still stuck in there. Hope someone can explain my issue.
