I want to create a call center management service.
When a customer calls my service, I’m trying to develop a service that automatically distributes calls to various counselors and manages them in various ways, such as a dashboard.
I don’t know what technology to use to build this.
- Related technical content includes WebRTC and SIP, but is it possible to implement only WebRTC + SIP without using existing paid services?
- Also, in order for users to call my service, is it true that they have to purchase an Internet phone number from a related company?
- Are there any references related to these features?
