I would like to sum up all the values for the inspection line from 21:00 hours to 21:59 in cell C78 on sheet 1. In this example C78 would equal 377.

I have tried sumifs but I dont think this is the solution. Maybe a sumproduct? but just can’t get it to work. Any support welcome.
