i want to create an advanced form. I had orignally posted my requirement on Microsoft,and was recommended to ask my question here. I will post my question below.

“I am looking to create a form where to user can enter Job Number, permission,

In permission it will be a yes or no answer, but I want it to be as if the user enter no it should open 3 more columns, and after that there is an amount for each user assigned, so basically there will be 3 more columns in this, cost for labor, and cost for cups, lets assume the amount assigned to user is 50, and the user enters 25 in labor, and 26 in cups, then it won’t enter. Please help me with this.”

I tried doing this on Excel and microsoft forms, but it could not happen.
